The fourth meeting of the SWORD project took place in Gdansk from 11th to 13th May 2016.

Partners during this meeting presented pilot projects to be implemented in their regional contexts. Arbeit und Leben, coordinator of this project phase, intervened at the end of each presentation by providing suggestions from a methodological point of view as well as providing useful tools to support such projects.

The meeting also allowed an update on study visits. The first study visit was held in Ried (Austria) from 18 to 22 April 2016, thanks to a shared feedback received from the participants, and began to work for the planning and organization of the study visit to Hamburg (Germany) scheduled for 12 to 16 September 2016.

During the meeting, partners also had the opportunity to visit the company FLEX ltd (Tczew), which then cooperated with a technical institute in the implementation of the pilot project of the Polish partner.
