11th to 13th November 2015 in Udine there was the third official meeting of the SWORD project.

The lead partner, PAT, presented the progress of the outcome of the Intellectual Output 1 by explaining some concepts and keywords, which could help the discussion.

In the course of the meeting every partner presented its own pilot action in a general way, explaining, with the help of the answers to the 25 questions plus the added 7 clarifying questions, in what consists the action and which are the goals to achieve trough its implementation.The lead partner presented a common template to use to draw up the pilot actions in detail.The items to examine for describing a pilot action are:

• Common aspects to all pilot actions;
• What are the possible modalities of cooperation between school and companies;
• Who is in charge of the pilot action;
• Who has to evaluate acquired skills/competences and what are the methods for evaluating them;
• Who has to certify skills/competences and what are the modalities used to certify them;
• What are the innovative tools to use to facilitate the school to labour market transition.
