The pilot project of the Austrian partner - BFI-OOE – is meant for young people who have abandoned apprenticeship training and are enrolled at the Employment Office. The project offers these young people the opportunity to achieve a qualification through internships or apprenticeships in BFI’s partner companies. Beside the school and company training path, a psycho-pedagogical counselling service is provided by BFI’s trainers to increase personal resources. The customized support has increased the number of young people who have passed the qualification exams and who have been professionally placed in the job market.
