The pilot project of the Polish partners – Tnoik - promotes a strategic cooperation between an important local company and the strongest achievers of the technical secondary school Technikum w Owidzu. Together they implemented an alternating school-work program. The experimentation defined the learning activities to achieve relevant technical skills in the company as well as in the school labs, equipped for this purpose by the company. In addition to enhancing learning in different environments, the project has altered and innovated the school curriculum according to the new skills required by the industry.
