The Friuli-Venezia Giulia pilot project deals with the adaptation and experimentation of a portfolio for alternance training inspired by the German "Lernpass" model, adopted by the City of Hamburg in dual apprenticeship preparation.
The portfolio is structured into sections for students to keep record of training goals, job site analysis, work-related learning activities, self-reflection and self-assessment and the assessment coming from their company tutors.
The Einaudi-Marconi Technical Institute in Staranzano, Gorizia validated the portfolio with 100 students who attested the usefulness of the instrument in their final assessment.
