The pilot project chosen by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano wants to develop soft skills in professional schools in cooperation with the hotel industry. The experimentation tries to incorporate the teaching of soft skills in hard skills (nesting) thus developing social skills both during the practice sessions at school and as well during internships. The pilot involved 15 students from the graduating class of the Caesar Ritz Hotel School in Merano. The model thus defined will be used as a methodological reference for all vocational schools in the Province of Bolzano.
