Towarzystwo Naukowe Organizacji i kierownictwa - TNOiK is a no-profit, nongovernmental organization with 87 years experience. Its mission consists in developing and promoting the professional management to favour the economy of Poland.

Gdansk seat of TNOiK supported the development of knowledge society using partnerships for international education progammes (Leonardo da Vinci), using the European Social Fund (among these programmes is to mention the Community initiative EQUAL), and managing the consequences of the result of the projects.

Main activities:

• To offer training courses for adults (mainly unemployed people) and for companies, especially with reference to training connected with ICT (key competences);
• Implementation of international research and training programmes.
