BFI OOE – Is an institution for professional development and for vocational and educational training in Upper Austria which directs its activities to satisfy new labour market needs of the 21^st century. It became a market leader in all sectors regarding reintegration of people into the labour market force, as a second opportunity of education and professional qualification in the health care area, in the social environment and for other activities of the service sector. BFI OOE offers an integrated range of education and training pathways targeting every qualification level – included graduated people – providing training pathways to the participants, which differ in professional experiences and in work integration forms at organizations and companies:

BFI OOE offers vocational and educational training in a wide sector context.

Educational activities are mainly focused on training programmes directed to reintegration of unemployed people or of disadvantaged people into the labour market force. The connected educational and professional systems, in the framework of the Dual Learning System, are designed and organized in close collaboration with Austrian Public Employment Service and with the enterprise system.
